Sustainable Food: Medlar Butter

Do you remember the medlar fruit we picked locally back in November? Thanks to Adam we now have locally sourced, bletted, home made Medlar Butter to complement our Christmas dinner this year.

Out of over 400,000 edible plant species, we mainly consume just 200. Diversifying our diet is not only healthier but also more sustainable. Embracing local produce and heritage fruits can make a difference. Let us know any locally grown produce you will be using for your festive meals.
