Having portable water while on the go with family, on a beach or cliff walk, or a day about the beautiful village of Greystones is a must. As part of a campaign to reduce single-use plastic water bottle usage and to promote even healthier & hydrated lifestyles, Greystones Tidy Towns and Greystones Municipal Council have jointly installed several water drinking stations. So far three water stations have been installed about the village with one at the new bicycle racks on the Northeast corner of Burnaby Park, one at the South Beach Playground and one on the sea front by the steps coming down from the Dart car-park. They allow for direct drinking from a water fountain or easy filling from a bottle refill tap. We hope you enjoy this valuable new infrastructure!
